Jennifer Grieves achieved the rank of lieutenant colonel before retiring from the Marine Corps in 2018. Although she no longer undergoes military physical training, Jennifer Grieves stays fit through her Peloton workouts.

In November of 2022, Peloton announced that it was joining forces with the spinal cord injury nonprofit Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation to launch an adaptive fitness program called Seated Adaptive Strength. The program specifically targets wheelchair users who have suffered paralysis due to a spinal cord injury or another biological cause.

Peloton instructor Logan Aldridge created Seated Adaptive Strength in collaboration with the Reeve Foundation. They designed the majority of the program to bring “immersive and challenging” workouts to people with a degree of arm and hand function. However, Seated Adaptive Strength also serves people with quadriplegia through a special meditation class under the leadership of Peloton instructor Ross Rayburn. All told, the program consists of 10 classes that participants should be able to complete during a single week. Breathing techniques are among the items covered.
